Shipping and Payment Info.

General Policies

• While UPS is our preferred method of shipping, we also ship FedEx.(Please note that UPS and FedEx WILL NOT ship to a P.O. Box)
• Orders are normally shipped within 5 working / business days. We will not hold up your order for an out of stock item, unless we expect it within a few days. Beyond that point we will notify you of any delays.
• For Insects, we HIGHLY recommend shipping using at least Express method so they arrive in the best possible condition.
• Orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. EST to be shipped the same day. We do not process or ship internet orders Saturday or Sunday. We obviously cannot ship on shipping holidays (Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, etc.)
• You may exchange or return for a refund or a store credit (less shipping charges) any item sold online within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us via email prior to returning merchandise. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
• International orders are gladly accepted. We will inform you of any additional charges prior to shipment. US Fish & Wildlife Service permits are required for shipment of some products. Email us for additional information.
• For local shipments, we can arrange delivery via messenger service.
• All orders are insured. Should anything arrive damaged, please save all packing material and contact Evolution immediately. We will arrange for the carrier's insurance agent to pickup your item.
• Payment Methods: Credit card, Purchase Order (Educational Institutions ONLY; please contact beforehand via email), or Prepayment.
